Jakub Janovský graduated from the Drawing Studio of the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague. His artistic expression often includes various media, primarily hanging paintings, sculpture, installation and interventional drawing. His work predominantly deals with childhood and adolescence through an introspection. His work is shown in a number of public and private institutions, such as the National Gallery in Prague, the Prague City Gallery, the COLLET Prague/Munich collection, etc.
