New Student Housing in Progress

As part of revitalization of the area and our District Masterplan, we are focusing not only on the renovation of the multifunctional building E Factory, but also on preparing new projects. One of these projects is a new building dedicated to student housing.

The student accommodation shall offer modern, fully furnished apartments designed to meet the needs of university students. The building shall provide everything student housing has to offer, from social lounges and study areas to an outdoor terrace overlooking the square with its iconic chimney. Just a few steps away are coffee shops, galleries, exciting events, and fitness or yoga classes at E Factory. Pragovka’s student housing offers a place where studying, living, and diverse lifestyle come together as one.

We are collaborating on the project with the leading Czech architectural studio Schindler Seko architects, who created the building’s design and visualizations.
