Celebrating the Award for E Factory architect

We are delighted that our E Factory project was part of September's prestigious award ceremony, which honored remarkable individuals contributing to the quality of life in Prague 9. On this occasion, Tomáš Portlík, mayor of Prague 9, presented an award to architect Marek Tichý, the founder of the architectural studio TaK Architects, for his work on the renovation of the E Factory building.

The E Factory renovation will bring new multifunctional spaces, a café, a gallery, and places for gatherings, creativity, and work to Prague 9. E Factory is not only part of our vision to transform old industrial sites into vibrant modern spaces but also symbolizes how we can preserve the past while moving forward. The award from the Prague 9 mayor confirms that our efforts to create a better environment for all Prague 9 residents are a step in the right direction.
