Anežka Hošková

She is pushing for a return of Romantic and emotional tendencies into contemporary Czech art scene. She is a graduate of the studio of Václav Stratil at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the Brno University of Technology. She is also a long-acting alternative musician. She performs as DJ Black Dumpling and also co-founded the A.M.180 Gallery in Prague, A.M.180 Collective, and Creepy Teepee Festival. Her works have been exhibited many times both at Czech and foreign independent art scenes, but also at the Prague City Gallery, Bratislava City Gallery, Kim? Contemporary Art Center in Riga, or Bunkier Sztuki in Krakow. Her works are a part of both state-owned and private collections.
