The First Phase of Renovation is Complete

In January 2025, we completed the first phase of the E Factory building renovation. Transforming a historic building is a challenging process, but it is certainly worth it.

We have now finished renovating the first two wings, which, once opened, will feature a beautiful lobby, a new café, unique event spaces, a gallery, and much more. You also won’t miss the spacious bays and courtyard—perfect places to relax and spend your free time.

We can’t wait to showcase E Factory in all its glory once again!
