Pragovka Gallery is launching an OPEN CALL for 2026! This time, the theme is Mutual Benefits, and applications can be submitted until May 18 at 11:59 PM. Full details about the open call are available directly in the application FORM.

The theme Mutual Benefits, chosen for Pragovka Gallery’s international exhibition program in 2026, opens up a space for exploring diverse forms of cooperation, sharing, and mutual interconnectedness across various areas – from contemporary art to social relations, nature, and technological systems.

The gallery is particularly interested in projects inspired by mutuality within natural processes, such as symbiosis, mutualism, or other forms of coexistence, especially those that place these concepts in the context of climate change and environmental depletion. Strong emphasis is also placed on topics such as human collaboration, shared responsibility, collective authorship, care, solidarity, and participatory approaches. In addition, proposals that reflect on alternative economic systems – such as bartering, gifting, or community-based resource sharing – are very welcome.

Projects that explore relationships between human and non-human actors, including technologies, and address the ethical questions these interactions raise, are also of particular interest.

The open call is aimed at individuals and collectives – artists, curators, and creative teams – who are willing to examine the possibilities and limits of collaboration, and to reimagine cultural infrastructures as dynamic systems based on mutual support.

A wide range of creative approaches is welcome, and Pragovka Gallery looks forward to receiving project proposals and to potential future collaborations.
