E Factory wins the Office of the Year 2025 title!

We are pleased to announce that E Factory has won 1st place in the Office of the Year category in this year's prestigious Best of Realty 2025 competition, often referred to as the “Real Estate Oscars.” The competition is organized annually by the Association for Real Estate Market Development (ARTN) and highlights the most remarkable projects across the Czech real estate market.

The awarded first phase of E Factory represents an important milestone in the ongoing revitalization of a large former industrial site in Prague 9. The project aims to transform the original industrial complex into a modern and vibrant urban district, combining offices, studios, cultural facilities, and residential spaces.

The title Office of the Year is not only a prestigious honor for the entire E Factory team, but also a strong motivation to continue transforming an area with extraordinary potential.
