E Factory won two awards at the Estate Awards 2025!

Our E Factory project achieved significant success at this year’s prestigious Estate Awards 2025, taking home two major awards. The jury named it Commercial Office Project of the Year and also awarded it the special Jury Prize for the Best Brownfield Project of the Year. E Factory & Pragovka thus rank among the most successful real estate projects of 2025 in the Czech Republic.

We received these awards for the exceptionally successful renovation of heritage-protected industrial buildings in Prague’s Vysočany district, an area where industrial heritage is gradually disappearing. According to the jury, our project represents an outstanding example of sensitive brownfield revitalization that respects the historical value of the site while giving it a new, contemporary use. In both scale and quality of execution, it is a unique achievement in the preservation of an industrial monument.

The double recognition at the Estate Awards 2025 is not only a confirmation of the quality of our work, but also a clear signal that the revitalization of industrial areas truly matters. It motivates us to continue developing the project with respect for its history, the character of the place, and the community that has long been forming around Pragovka.
