Presentation of the zine / Accompanying program

Pragovka Gallery invites you to the accompanying programme for the exhibition Killing the Flowers Won’t Delay Spring on Thursday, 23 July, from 6 pm.

What questions should we be asking when it is so unbearably hot? When there are floods? And whom should we ask? Who might be best placed to answer? And who is unable to ask? From whose perspective are these questions being posed?

As part of the exhibition Killing the Flowers Won’t Delay Spring, Barbora Lungová, Martin Nytra and Iva Davidová have prepared not only a guided tour but also a presentation of the exhibition zine, which explores biophilic architecture. Together, we will look at examples of biophilic architecture and its possible and impossible forms for more-than-human communities living alongside humans. We will discuss what could make cities, as well as public and private spaces, more accommodating for everyone, and how deeply we depend on one another.
