Martin Matoušek
An abstract painter whose work can be named as an industrial landscape painting. He is close to the themes of landscape and architecture. He mainly uses concrete, synthetic paints or resins for creation.
Martin Matoušek has been painting intensively since 2004. His main sources of inspiration have gradually become landscape, the surrounding environment, and inner worlds. Matoušek's work has evolved not only content-wise but also material-wise. This search for new expressive possibilities has led his work towards distinctly abstract forms in a monumental presentation full of technological experimentation with mixed concrete and synthetic paints.
