E Factory Nominated for Best of Realty 2025

We are delighted to announce that our project E Factory (Phase I) has been nominated in the prestigious Best of Realty 2025 competition, organized annually by the Association for Real Estate Market Development (ARTN). These awards, often referred to as the “Real Estate Oscars,” are among the most significant recognitions in the Czech real estate market.

The Best of Realty competition was established in 1999 and, over its more than twenty-five-year history, has become a respected and stable part of the Czech real estate scene. Each year, a professional jury evaluates projects from across the Czech Republic that have been newly built or have undergone major reconstruction.

This nomination confirms that the vision behind E Factory — combining industrial heritage with a modern and functional work environment — is meaningful and appreciated even by industry professionals.
