Nevidím to tak černě / Vernissage

Šimon Chyla creates monumental mechanical installations that are characterized by their absurd humor and the technical wit with which they are realized. The exhibition presents two darkly spectral dramatic scenes frozen in time – a child's seesaw and a car crash. The concentrated, looped plot can be read as a personal existential statement and a metaphorical reference thematizing social phenomena and problems.
