Ceramic Painting with studio Blato / workshop

How does it work?
You choose the mug you want to paint. We'll paint with engobes - coloured clays that are underglaze paint applied over the unfired shard. We will then do a burn-through (first firing), a glaze of transparent glaze and a crisp firing (second firing). The firing and glazing are done without you, and then you pick up the finished product.

Ceramics are usually finished within 7 days, possibly sooner depending on the number of participants and products. We will inform you about the finished product by e-mail or SMS. You can pick up the finished product at Pragovka Gallery. All manufactured pieces are fully functional and ready for everyday use.

How much does it cost?
The cost of the workshop is based on the number of mugs, not the time spent on site. You will have a variety of shapes and sizes available, with prices ranging from 300 to 590 CZK per piece.

How much time will you need?
You will have 2 hours to paint. If this is not enough time, we will arrange another time when you can finish the work.

Reservations
We recommend booking your place in advance. However, if you decide at the last minute, there will certainly be a place and a mug for you. If you plan to paint a whole set (4 or more mugs) during one workshop, please contact us in advance so we have enough material.
