Pragovka Gallery invites you to an accompanying programme to Karíma Al-Mukhtarová's current exhibition First Principles on 11 April at 6 pm.

The evening will include the launch of a new catalogue Karima Al-Mukhtarová LIST OF WORKS #001–126, which contains a selection of the artist's works presented in exhibitions from 2018 to the present. The catalogue is accompanied by texts by Jiří David, Milena Dopitová, Adam Hnojil, Bára Alex Kašparová, Jiří Kovanda, Jan Kudrna and Jan H. Vitvar.
This will be followed by a concert by Irena and Vojtěch Havel, who have prepared an improvised set for Pragovka Gallery on cello, viola da gamba, Tibetan bowls and chimes. Irena and Vojtěch Havel are among the most important creators and performers of ambient and alternative music in the Czech Republic.
The evening will end with a guided tour of the First Principles exhibition with artist Karima Al-Mukhtar and curator Jan Kudrna.
