BUM! / Sundays for families

At the exhibition of Slovak artist Šimon Chyla, titled Zrážka, children and their parents will immerse themselves in the world of monumental mechanical installations that blend absurdity with technical playfulness.

During the program, we will focus on kinetic art in the artist's work – exploring movement, dynamics, and the relationship between mechanical systems and art. Šimon Chyla’s installations offer a unique perspective on how movement can be used as a key element of artistic expression, combining technical knowledge with playful imagination.

The workshop, attended by the artist himself, provides an opportunity not only to understand his creative process but also to actively participate in it by building wooden crash toy cars. The program encourages reflection on the connection between everyday objects and art, inspiring creative expression for the whole family.
