News from the sky with Oksana Sadovenko / Sundays for families with children

On Sunday, March 22, we invite you to Pragovka Gallery for Family Sunday, during which we will look at the city from a bird’s eye view. We will think about what stories are unfolding above our heads, what pigeons can see, and what role they can play in the environment we share. We will be inspired by historical stories of carrier pigeons and contemporary art projects that show that even seemingly ordinary creatures can carry important messages about the world around us.

The program includes an art workshop that ties in with the exhibition. In the studio, we will use paper waste to create our own small sculptures of pigeons, which we will bring to life with color, and together we will create an urban flock with its own story and mission.

This Sunday for Families with Children will be accompanied by artist Oksana Sadovenko, who will offer children and adults the opportunity to glimpse into her own artistic process.

Ages: 5–12 years

Workshop fee: voluntary contribution (recommended 100 CZK per parent + child)
