It’s Not My Film / Summer Cinema

We’re serving up the ninth edition of the Summer Cinema at Pragovka – this time under the overarching theme of Mutual Benefits. This year, screenings will take place every Tuesday after dark in MaxSpace Hall, located behind the Permanent Beer Fest. Admission is free (voluntary contributions are welcome). Until the screening begins, you are welcome to visit Pragovka Gallery during its extended opening hours. Refreshments will be available from Permanent Beer Fest.

On 11 August, we will screen he film in cooperation with the Bardzo fajný festival: It’s Not My Film (99 min).

The film will be shown in its original language with Czech subtitles.

The love between Wanda and Janek has been fading for some time. “Our relationship is like a chewed-through charging cable. It’s supposed to charge, but it just doesn’t work,” Wanda says of their years together. Determined to give their relationship one last chance, the couple embarks on a journey along the wintry shores of the Baltic Sea. The feature-length debut of Maria Zbąska is a story infused with intelligent humor.
