Between Image and Word / Sundays for families with children

We invite you to this year’s first Sunday for families with children, which will take place on Sunday, January 18, 2026, at the Pragovka Gallery.

The program Between Image and Word will show young visitors how a poster is created and what role it plays even before the exhibition opens. Together, we will look at why posters are often our first contact with art and what they can communicate even before we enter the gallery. We will explore the elements that make up a poster and how colors, shapes, and words affect us.
Children will become graphic designers for a moment and, with our help and that of their parents, will design their own original poster.

When: 3:00–5:00 PM
Ages: 5–12 years

Workshop fee: voluntary contribution (recommended 100 CZK per parent + child)
