Pragovka Gallery Summer Art Camp

Pragovka Gallery invites children to spend a week exploring the world of contemporary art firsthand. For a few days, the gallery and artist studios will transform into an open creative hub where children will become mini-residents of Pragovka and experience how artists think and work.

Throughout the week, children will explore the gallery spaces, experiment with various art materials, visit artists’ studios, and seek their own ways of expression. We emphasize the creative process, curiosity, and the joy of discovery.

The program is based on the principles of gallery education and fosters independence, imagination, and a sensitive appreciation of contemporary art. The week also includes a group art excursion outside Pragovka and a final informal opening reception for parents.

The camp takes place in a small group with an emphasis on an individualized approach and a safe environment for creation and sharing.

When: August 17–21, 2026
Time: The program runs from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (children may arrive starting at 8:00 AM; pickup by 5:00 PM)
For whom: children aged 7–11
Price: 5,500 CZK
